Orders placed before 2 pm ET ship the next business day via tracked carrier. Lyophilized materials are stable in transit; store per the label immediately on receipt.
Every shipment is packed in sealed, lot-labeled vials with protective packaging and a packing document restating research-use terms.
Because materials are lot-controlled, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
If a lot fails to match its labeled identity or purity standard, contact us with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
